Mansi Madan Tripathi was born in 1972 (age 51 years; as of 2023) in Haryana. She did her schooling from St. Theresa’s Convent School, Karnal. In 1993, he received a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communications from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra. In 1996, he completed his MBA in Marketing from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

In 1993, Mansi Madan Tripathi served in Bharat Electronics for a year as an engineer. In May 2003, she joined Procter & Gamble, Cincinnati, Ohio, as Associate Director in the Hair Care Department for three years. In January 2006, Mansi Madan Tripathi was transferred to Singapore in the Baby and Fem Care department. In July 2007 he was promoted to Director of Consumer and Market Intelligence, and Director of Global Shave Care at Procter & Gamble, Boston, MA, USA branch. He held various roles in sales, strategy, operations, marketing and insights for the company across Asia. In September 2012, Mansi Madan Tripathi joined as Head of Marketing (CMM), and became Managing Director after three years of service. In September 2019, she became Shell Lubricants’ vice president for Asia Pacific. Mansi Madan Tripathi, Country Head, Shell Lubricants India Cluster, is responsible for managing the third largest lubricants market with businesses in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal. Mansi Madan Tripathi has held several regional and global director level positions throughout her career.

I have run over 30 races around the world so far (full and half marathons) and no two races are the same.
