Mannat Kashyap was born on Monday, 15 December 2003 (age 19 years; as in 2022) in Patiala, Punjab. Their zodiac sign is Sagittarius. As of 2023, she is studying Humanities in class 12 at Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Patiala. He received a lot of support from his school. While talking about his school in the interview he said,
The school has been very supportive of me and they are also happy that hopefully I will play the U-19 World Cup. But even after the game is over, I am preparing for my board exams. I am carrying my text books and also learning online.
Since childhood he was educated with boys. His father always supported him and used to bring him ice cream after playing matches. His mother used to stop him because she was worried about his lack of education. When she played, her cousin Nupur Kashyap recognized her talent and asked her if she wanted to play cricket. Her cousin suggested her parents to take Mannat to a cricket academy, but when they went there was no coach willing to train the girl. Luckily, he got admission in Cricket Hub Academy on Sirhind Road where he started his training. In the beginning he felt very uncomfortable playing with them, but later he got used to it. Training with the boys has helped him a lot in improving his game.

In December 2022, he was selected for the India under-19 cricket team and played in the Junior World Cup against South Africa. In the match, she ran out Jenna Evans at the non-striker’s end, but captain Shefali Verma withdrew the appeal. In the 2023 ICC Under-19 Women’s T20 World Cup final, she took a total of nine wickets in the tournament for the Indian Under-19 team. In the final match, she took one wicket against England women’s under-19 team.
