Pro Kabbadi League
In 2021, Manish Dhull made his Pro Kabaddi League debut when he was signed by coach Ram Mehar Singh as a franchise-nominated new young player to play for Patna Pirates in Season 8 of the Pro Kabaddi League. During Season 8 of Pro Kabaddi League, Manish Dhull played only one match. In July 2022, Manish Dhull was retained by Patna Pirates as an all-rounder in Category C to play in Season 9 of the Pro Kabaddi League.
