Manas Nagulapalli made his debut in 2001 with the film Narasimha Naidu. He appeared as a child actor in the film. After this Manas Nagulapalli appeared in the film Veede in 2003. The following year, he was cast in the film Arjun. Manas appeared as a lead actor in the 2011 film Jhalak, directed by South Indian director Ravi Sharma. Manas Nagupalli then worked in several South Indian films such as Green Signal (2014), Kai Raja Kai (2015), Gang of Gabbar Singh (2015), Premikudu (2016), and Soda Goli Soda (2018).

- Soon after Manas’s birth, Manas Nagulapalli’s family shifted from Visakhapatnam to Mumbai and then to Hyderabad. In Mumbai, Manas became attracted towards films and the entertainment industry.
