Three years after spending $40,000 on her veneers, Mama June Shannon shows off her “rotten” teeth.
In a recent TikTok video, Shannon was seen enjoying some treats and ice cream at a candy store in Covington, Georgia, called Scoops. While chatting about how to support the small business, viewers quickly noticed that her teeth did not appear healthy, with multiple stains and noticeable damage.

In a post on Reddit, critics quickly began to question what was going on with Mama June’s teeth. “Her ‘veneers’ are composite resin,” explained one Reddit user. “They will completely discolor if they have not been cured properly and come into contact with certain substances.”
Another Reddit user said their veneers are badly “repaired” and their “tooth stumps” are badly rotted due to abuse and poor hygiene. “They can’t even hold the veneers,” they wrote.
Other Reddit users are accusing Mama June of using meth and other drugs once again. “Smoking crack and other hard drugs damages your teeth,” one Reddit user explained. “See how it’s mostly the front teeth on the side? That’s a telltale sign of where exactly she’s placing the pipe (or the straw if she’s smoking with tin foil). Great sadness. We recovered.”

Mama June also noted that during the TikTok live stream, she had been cooking. Which explains why she kept ducking. She later said that she has never failed a drug test since she got sober. “That doesn’t keep me clean,” she clarified. “I stay clean.”
Shannon went to jail in 2019 on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at an Alabama gas station. Her ex was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with domestic violence.
