Malav A. Dani is an Indian businessman and entrepreneur. He is a second generation descendant of the Dani family, one of the founding families of Asian Paints Limited. He is a non-executive director and chairman of the CSR committee at Asian Paints. He is also the managing director of Hitech Corporation Limited, a BSE-listed plastics and packaging company.

Malav Ashwin Dani was born on Wednesday, 26 November 1975 (age 48 years as in 2023) in Mumbai. Their zodiac sign is Sagittarius. In August 1999, he began his association with the American multinational conglomerate General Electric Company (GE). He received the Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP) and Quality Six Sigma Black Belt Program certification by General Electric (1999–2005). Certifications include IMLP – Data Warehousing, IMLP – Enterprise Resources Planning Implementation (ERP), IMLP – Audit Staff, and IMLP – Honeywell Acquisition and Integration. The Treasury Digitization Leader then had a two-year Quality Six Sigma Black Belt program. Apart from being a Non-Executive Director of Asian Paints Limited, he is also the Chairman of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee. The company was founded by his grandfather Suryakant Dani along with his three friends Champaklal Choksi, Chimanlal Choksi and Arvind Vakil in February 1942 in Gaivadi, Girgaum, Mumbai.
