Maina Nandini is an Indian actress who won first prize in the Indian-Tamil language cooking reality show Kitchen Super Star (Season 3) aired on Star Vijay in 2015. She is best known for her role as Mainavathi in the Tamil film. ‘Aranmanai 3’ (2021). In 2022, she appeared as a contestant in Bigg Boss (Tamil- Season 6) with a wild card entry.

Maina Nandini was born as Nandini Rajendran on Tuesday, 21 May 1991 (age 31 years; as in 2022) in Madurai, Chennai. His zodiac sign is Gemini. He did his schooling from Meenakshi Matriculation School, Madurai and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Ambiga College of Arts and Science, Anna Nagar, Tamil Nadu.

First marriage: Karthikeyan
In 2017, Maina married Karthikeyan, a gym owner. On 3 April 2017, Karthikeyan consumed poison and committed suicide at a lodge in Virugambakkam, Chennai.

After her suicide, the police found a suicide note in which she explained how Maina’s father was the reason for her actions. He has written,
I tried several times to talk to Nandini on phone, but Rajendran interrupted and stopped me. Due to the mental pain caused by this, I am committing suicide. He had also blocked my calls. He is completely responsible for my suicide.”
While talking about Karthikeyan in an interview, he revealed that the woman whom Karthikeyan was previously married to had committed suicide and Karthikeyan was arrested by the police due to his involvement in her case. He also said that he used to take money from innocent people in exchange for government jobs with false promises.
No one including my parents knew about this incident till now. He had an affair with another girl, who committed suicide. And the police arrested him. But, I did not tell anyone. I told others that he had gone to Dubai. All the secrets that I had buried in my heart are now coming out because of her. He was very upset because people were pressurizing him to return the money. I kept giving him encouraging words again and again and even said that once he sorted out all the problems we could get back together. I was also giving him money from my earnings without telling anyone. When I talked to him about this he threatened to commit suicide. And that’s why my parents decided to take me with them to their home.
Second Marriage: Yogeshwaram
On 11 November 2019, Maina married Yogeshwaram, who is an actor. On 5 September 2020, the couple welcomed a son and named him Dhruvan.
