Later, he founded a website called ‘Rap Genius’ which he redesigned himself. The 39-year-old businessman worked at the company for almost 3 and a half years. At the time, it was one of the most successful websites he had ever created. However, Mahbod also resigned from that company in 2014.
Soon after, he started his new business venture known as ‘Everipedia’ in the year 2015 along with Sam Kazemian. Currently, he is the community director of his project with an astonishing market value.
