Maddy Baloy is dead. The popular TikToker built a following online by partly documenting her battle with cancer. Unfortunately, Baloy’s cancer was terminal. The TikToker was 26 years old.
“Madison passed away peacefully last night,” said her fiancé Louis Risher. People. She said Baloy was “surrounded by love” when she stopped by.
To make things even sadder, it was Risher’s birthday the day he passed away. She described the heartbreaking moment. “She’s so special,” Risher said. “In fact, yesterday I turned 27 years old. I was holding her hand all day and that’s all she needed.”
Baloy took to TikTok to detail his journey through his cancer diagnosis. He said that he did not find out that he had cancer until 2023. He said that in 2022 he began to experience serious stomach problems. Thinking it was something related to his diet, he tried to change his eating habits.
However, in early 2023, Baloy began vomiting blood. She also began to experience other problems. At first, Baloy thought she might have a parasite or perhaps a stomach virus from one of the students she taught. Eventually, Baloy went to the doctor after Risher convinced her to get checked out.
Hospital staff had to perform emergency surgery after noticing something wrong with his large intestine. A subsequent biopsy of the cells confirmed that he had several tumors in his intestine.

He was initially given five years to live. Baloy took to social media to combat feelings of loneliness and despair. She began documenting her journey and found an audience that connected with her and her story.
“I knew I had a lot to say,” she told People. He said she wanted to experience “every single emotion while we’re here because we won’t be here for long.”
Baloy began removing items from his wish list. For example, he got a tattoo and even met Gordon Ramsay. Unfortunately, Baloy could not live the dream wedding that he always wanted.
In his latest video, Baloy detailed some of the challenges of having terminal cancer, such as not being able to bathe. His followers sent their condolences.
One wrote: “Rest in peace sweet angel. ❤️ We will miss you so much, thank you for sharing your arduous journey with us.” Another wrote: “Rest in peace my love.” Another wrote: “I was literally crying because I wanted her to complete her list. Rest in peace, sweet girl.”
