List of Triple Centuries in Test Cricket

List of Triple Centuries in Test Cricket: Test cricket is the traditional format of cricket and is still popular among fans today. It is much slower and allows players to exhibit their full skillset instead of just focusing on entertainment like T20s. Test cricket was how the game was originally played as a gentleman’s sport.

There are tours and championships for test cricket as well and fans flock to catch their favourite players in action in huge numbers. Don Bradman, Sachin Tendulkar and Brian Lara, 3 of the greatest cricketers of all time are all known for their proficiency in test cricket.

A typical test match is 5 days long and a high score is the priority for the batting teams. The innings last a full day, until the entire batting order is dismissed or the team declares its score. It’s quite frequent in test games that players score double, triple and even quadruple centuries.

When a player hits a score of 300 or more, it is called a triple century in Cricket.

Only 8 Test-Cricket playing nations have so far scored a triple century in test matches while no player from Ireland, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Zimbabwe has ever scored 300 runs.

David Warner (Australia) became the latest triple-century scorer in Test Cricket. Warner achieved this feat on 30 November 2019 against Pakistan. He scored 335* and became the 31st triple century scorer in the World. You can check the list of all triple centuries in test cricket below.
