Balapuwaduge Kusal Gimhan Mendis (popularly known as Kusal Mendis) was born on Thursday, 2 February 1995 (age 28 years; as of 2023) in Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. Their zodiac sign is Aquarius. His first cricket coach was Jayalath Aponsu who passed away in November 2020.
