Kumar Vishwas is a talented Indian personality who is a Hindi poet, lecturer and also a politician. Kumar Vishwas was formerly part of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and also part of its National Executive.
Early life
Kumar Vishwas was born as Vishwas Kumar Sharma on February 10, 1970 in Pikhuwa, Uttar Pradesh, India. As of 2022, the age of Kumar Vishwas should be fifty two years old. In the year 1994, Kumar became a professor at Indra Gandhi PG ‘Pilibanga’ Rajasthan College, after which he taught Hindi literature at Lala Lajpat Rai College.

Career and professional life
Kumar is a famous poet, popular for his shayari and kavita. In the year 2012, Kumar joined the newly established AAP as an employee volunteer. He was also the host of a comedy show, ‘KV Sammelan’, which aired on Aaj Tak TV channel. First though, the show premiered on 29th September 2018. Kumar is a regular performer in which he displays his poetry and affection for Hindi, Urdu and Sanskrit literature. Vishwas also incorporates his commentary on current issues related to India. The poet then participated in poetry narratives and projects abroad that included the US, Dubai, Oman, Singapore, and Japan.
Kumar has identified Arvind Kejriwal since 2005 and joined the Indian anti-corruption movement, led by Anna Hazare. Later, when the movement turned nefarious and changed to what is now known as the AAP, headed by Kejriwal, he was asked to become a member of its national executive. The poet contested the 2014 Lok Sabha election as Amethi’s AAP candidate but faded to then-incumbent Rahul Gandhi, garnering just 25,000 votes. He was a guest judge on the television show ‘Indian Idol’. Kumar was again a guest on the talent search show, “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs.”
Then, he went on to write the songs “De De Jagah” for the 2018 Hindi film, “Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran” and “Veer Bhagat Singh”. On July 1, 2017, the Indian poet was present on an episode of “The Kapil Sharma Show” as a guest along with Rahat Indori and Shabinaji. Kumar Vishwas was again present on the 21 September 2019 episode of the same show as a guest along with Manoj Bajpai and Pankaj Tripathi. In addition, he showed a musical poetry cycle, “Tarpan”, where he narrated poems by popular historical poets with background music.

Controversy
A tabloid media outlet called “Media Sarkar” approved a sting operation starting from the 2013 Delhi Assembly election. It appealed that several AAP members including Kumar Vishwas and Shazia Ilmi had made illegal offers. out of cash The AAP blamed the entry for insulting party bosses. In July 2017, Amitabh Bachchan suspected the poet of copyright infringement for uploading a poem by his father, Harivansh Rai Bachchan, to YouTube. He had to delete the video and compensate ₹32.

On March 23, 2019, he was delivering a legal notice to Amritsar advocate NPS Hira for allegedly telling jokes about the Sikh community in a derogatory manner in a show prepared at NIT Ground Faridabad on March 15, 2019.
