Kshama Bindu was born as Soumya Sarita Dubey on Monday, 10 August 1998 (age 24 years; as in 2022). She is a resident of Daman, Gujarat.

In 2017, she went to Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda to graduate in Journalism and Communication and graduated in 2019. Subsequently, she opted to pursue graduation in Gender Studies from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda and completed it in 2022.

In 2022, Kshama decided to adopt sologamy, also known as autogamy. It is a trending concept in which a person marries himself. This is a trend that people in western countries have been adopting for some time. Kshama is the first person to adopt it in India. Their wedding was planned to be held on 11 June 2022. They decided to perform all the Hindu rituals at a Gotri temple in Vadodara, Gujarat. Like every bride, she also bought the lehenga of her choice and got her wedding invitation cards distributed with only her name on them.

After the news spread, journalists went to interview him and asked how he came up with the idea. He said,
This idea was in my mind since childhood but I was not sure that it would be possible. Once I searched on Google, can I marry myself and that’s when I came to know about the concept of sologamy. After this I thought why not marry myself.
She was asked why she chose monogamy instead of marrying a man, and she answered the question by saying,
Self-marriage is a commitment to being present for yourself and loving yourself unconditionally. It is also an act of self-acceptance. People marry the one they love. I love myself and hence this marriage.
To avoid controversies, they postponed their wedding date and got married on 8 June 2022 at their residence in Daman, Gujarat. After marriage they planned their honeymoon trip to Goa.

He had a friend named Raj Bhatt, who was very close to him and appeared in some of his TikTok videos. Once he had posted a poem written especially for her in which he had tried to convey her importance in his life.

In January 2015, she began working as a dance choreographer at X Dance School. In April 2015, she started working as a Human Resources Executive Recruiter at Kosas Industries Pvt Ltd and left this job in February 2016. In 2016, she also worked as a sales manager in fashion clothing. In February 2016, she joined NJ Placement and Financial Services as a Human Resources Recruitment Manager and worked there for more than two years. In November 2016, she also became the MD at Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Pvt Ltd and worked here for two months. Subsequently, he worked as an HR Manager at Ashwamedh Political Consulting till June 2017. In May 2018, she joined Collabera as a Career Development Executive and left this job in August 2018. She also worked as a freelance model in the same year. His next stint was at an American company named Cognixia, where he worked as an Executive Career Development/IT Recruiter for a year and left the job in March 2019. In April 2019, she joined another US based company named Epidel Technologies and worked here. A Senior Healthcare Recruiter as of December 2019. In January 2020, she joined IMS People and worked here as a senior recruiter until September 2020. In the same month, he started working as a senior information technology recruiter at QX Global Group, United Kingdom and left. This job in January 2022. In February 2022, she joined Pune-based company iPlace and works as a senior recruiter here.

- When Kshama announced her marriage in June 2022, a BJP leader raised objection and said that such a marriage is not allowed under Hindu religion. He said that Kshama should not be allowed to marry in the temple. She anticipated the upcoming controversy and decided to marry before her wedding date.
