Kishore D Kumar started his career as an assistant director in the Hindi film ‘Lashkar: The War Against Terror’ (2010); Starring Aryaman Ramsay, Saloni Aswani, Anuj Sahni, Mukesh Rishi and Gulshan Grover. He has assisted many famous Indian directors like Sunil Agnihotri, Bhushan Patel, Arif Samshi and Vicky S Kumar.

He debuted as a director with the Punjabi music video, ‘Deen Changey’ (2019) for B4U Music. In 2019, he collaborated as a concept writer with Geet MP3 for the Hindi film ‘Shooter’ (2020), starring Jai Randhawa, Vadda Grewal and Swalina. His upcoming projects as a writer and director are ‘Tornado’ (2021), ‘Remember’ (Punjabi music video), and ‘Love Is Blind’ (short film).
