Twilight Fans, get ready for a dose of nostalgia! Director Catherine Hardwicke, known for directing the iconic Twilight movie, shared an exciting revelation about Josh Horowitz Happy Sad Confused podcast about an unexpected reunion involving Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson.
During the podcast, Hardwicke shared a surprising birthday party she attended earlier this year. “Funnily enough, I ended up going to Rob’s birthday party recently,” he divulged. “I collided a little with my friend Toni Collette, [who] I had just made a movie with him. And then Rob said, ‘Yes! Bring Catherine.”
Stewart, who shared the screen with Pattinson in the Twilight The series also joined the celebration, turning it into an improvised reunion. Hardwicke recalled the surprise moment when Stewart arrived at the party, expressing how everyone hugged each other in disbelief at the unexpected reunion.
“When Kristen walked in on Rob’s birthday party, she said, ‘Catherine? Rob’s birthday? What’s going on?’” Hardwicke revealed. “And she says, ‘Well, I crashed it too.’”
Despite the unexpected guests, Pattinson graciously welcomed them, earning praise from Hardwicke as a “lovely person.”
