Kiran Gosavi was a key witness in Aryan Khan’s drug case as he was present inside the Cordelia cruise ship when the NCB raid took place. After this Kiran Gosavi went to the police station with NCB officials and Aryan Khan. Since that day, Kiran Gosavi was nowhere to be seen. Now Pune Police has sent a look-out notice for Kiran Gosavi as the drug bust is getting complicated with new revelations.

Kiran Gosavi accused of bribery
After the raid on the cruise ship, Kiran Gosavi had disappeared from the city and was nowhere to be seen. However, his former bodyguard and driver Prabhakar Sell came out with a statement in which he accused Kiran Gosavi of taking a bribe of Rs. 25 crores. In the video, Sail said that he had heard Gosavi talking to a person named Sam D’Souza and that he had also met Shahrukh Khan’s manager in the bribery case. I did not have my Aadhar card so I asked him if he could send me a soft copy of my Aadhar card from my mobile number 9137*** **99 to whats app number 8167609 712. Then he asked me to eat and gave it. Suryavanshi one packet food. After some time, KP Gosavi went down and met Sam D’Souza, 500 meters away from the NCB office. Sam Shoes I spoke to KP Gosavi for about 5 minutes. After visiting the NCB offices, Sam D’Souza said that he and KP Gosavi got out of the car and met again. After this KP Gosavi came out in the white Innova and Sam D’Souza went with us in the Innova Crysta. We stopped at Lower Parel Bridge near Big Bazaar. Other people also stayed at the same place. While Sam was calling we reached Lower Parel KP Gosavi. Sam said that you have kept a bomb of Rs 25 crore and let us compromise on 18, because it has to go to Sameer Wakhede.

After the video and photo of Kiran Gosavi with Aryan Khan went viral on the internet, Nationalist Congress Party leader Nawab Malik started raising questions as to how a common man could be involved in such a high-profile case. He asked about Gosavi’s connection with the case and his association with Sameer Wankhede; He also questioned the credibility of Sameer Wankhede and said that he was targeting big personalities. He requested the Maharashtra government to initiate an investigation against Sameer Wankhede.

From Kiran Gosavi’s appearance till his arrest
Despite being the key witness in the case, Kiran Gosavi went missing after October 2, 2021. As the politicians and the police became suspicious, the private investigator’s background was checked and the police discovered that Gosavi had four prior FIRs registered against him for stealing money from people in a job offering company scam. In the FIR, he was accused of embezzling lakhs of rupees from people, a person named Chinmay Deshmukh had filed a complaint against him in 2018 for taking money. Took Rs 3.09 lakh from him and Gosavi assured him that he would find a job for him in Malaysia. He also provided fake visa and flight tickets to Deshmukh and then he disappeared from the radar.
On 25 October 2021, an NDTV reporter approached Gosavi and told reporters that he planned to surrender himself to the Lucknow Police as he felt unsafe in Maharashtra. The reporter asked him further questions about the FIR and the money. Demand of Rs 25 crore for the bail of Aryan Khan. In response to this Gosavi said-
I am hearing this for the first time. I met Sameer Wankhede for the first time on October 2.”
However, Lucknow Police turned down their request saying that the FIRs were lodged in Pune, Maharashtra and they cannot accept Kiran Gosavi’s surrender as they do not have the jurisdiction to take any action against him. On 28 October 2021, Pune Police issued a press release stating that they had arrested Kiran Gosavi in connection with 2018 fraud cases that he committed in the name of his company KPG Dreamz Solutions. The police also said that they are conducting a detailed investigation into the fraud as well as his connection with NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede.
