Kiran Abbavaram is an Indian actor who predominantly works in the Telugu entertainment industry. He is known for playing the role of Vishnu in the Telugu language film Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha (2023).

Kiran Abbavaram was born on 15 July 1992 (age 30 years; as of 2022) in Peddakalvapalle, Rayachoti, Andhra Pradesh, India. Kiran did his schooling from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Madanapalle. Soon after completing his higher secondary education, he pursued Bachelor of Technology from Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science, Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh.

In an interview, Kiran had told that his father was a farmer. Kiran’s brother’s name is Abbavaram Ramanjulu Reddy.
Ramajulu died in a road accident on 1 December 2021. In a social media post, Kiran shared the news of her brother’s demise and requested her followers to drive safely. He captioned the post,
He lost his life due to a road accident. Please be careful while driving… Mee Anandam Kosam Kastapadevallu Untaru Aadi Meru Pondakunda Pote Vallu Tattukoleru. (sic)” (The people who are working hard for your happiness can’t stand it if something happens to you.).”

In the same year, he was featured in the Telugu language film Sammathame in which he played the role of Krishna.

Well, getting into acting was never in my mind. A friend of mine wanted to make a short film and said that I would look good in the lead role and asked me to try my hand at acting. It came out back in 2016 and it worked really well. So after that, I met some people who were interested in making a film and that’s how Raja Varu Rani Garu was made.”

It would be too artificial there and those roles are not my cup of tea. I would like to be the boy next door and like any other young man.”
