Katy Perry and Lionel Richie could not be in american idol in person for this weekend’s show, however, they still appear with two special guests: King Carlos III and Queen Camila!
The newly crowned monarchs appeared alongside Katy and Lionel, who performed during the Coronation Concert on Sunday night (May 7) in a special video that aired during the show.
Katy and Lionel made use of the throne room at Windsor Castle just hours after their performances, with Charles and Camilla slipping into the frame.
Before thanking the two for their performances at the concert, the two royals joked with them, asking how long they were going to use the room for.
