Kannaghatta Puttaswamy Gowda Srinivasa was born in 1954 (age 69 years; as in 2023) in Karnataka, India. After completing his schooling, he joined the Government Ramanarayana Chellaram College, University of Bangalore, Karnataka, where he pursued a bachelor’s degree in commerce from 1973 to 1975.

On 14 August 2000, KH Puttaswamy Gowda established M/s Asian Cylinders Limited in Bengaluru; However, in 2006, he changed the name of the company to Asian Fab Tech Limited. He was appointed as the director of the company on 20 December 2013. On 1 June 2016, he took over as the Director of Asian Power Projects Private Limited. He was appointed as the Director of Arc Clean Energy Pvt Ltd on 18 March 2017.
