Kevin Lemons A Gospel Singer Passed Away At The Age Of 44

Kevin Lemons, a popular gospel singer, has just passed away at the age of 44. Kevin’s family announced the news in an Instagram post describing Lemons at various stages in his life.

Kevin Lemons is a member of Kevin Lemons & Higher Calling.

Kevin was born on September 12, 1978 and spent most of his youth in Atlanta, Georgia. Kevin’s grandmother, Annie Ruth Lemons, founded the Masonic Choir in Atlanta, which was later headed by Kevin’s father, Wilbert Lemons. Kevin Lemons & Higher Calling was founded in 1996 at a meeting organized by his father attended by Kevin and several other young singers. With Kevin at the head, the ministry gradually began to grow and they preached the message of love, unity, and spiritual growth among people. They are best known for their albums Destined for Greatness and The Statement, which reached the top of the Billboard charts.
