Although Prince Harry sent well wishes to Kate Middleton amid her battle with cancer, the Princess of Wales reportedly wants nothing to do with her brother-in-law.
Us weekly reported earlier this month that before Middleton announced her cancer diagnosis, her brother-in-law did not reach out to her during the global confusion over her whereabouts.
Royal expert Christopher Andersen gave insight into Kate Middleton and Prince Harry’s rocky relationship. “I think there was once a very close relationship, a friendship, between Harry and Kate,” he said.

In a video posted on X (formerly Twitter), Kate Middleton announced her diagnosis. She revealed that after her abdominal surgery in mid-January, post-operative tests discovered that she had cancer. She said she was in the early stages of preventive chemotherapy treatment.
A Royal Family source said PEOPLE that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle knew nothing about Kate Middleton’s surgery and recovery.
“They are aware of everything that is happening in England,” the source said. “But we are excluded from any details about Kate. “There is clearly no trust.”
Prince Harry was last in the UK last month following his own father’s cancer diagnosis.
