The actress also thanked her mother for taking care of her dogs, in addition to sending them balloons and checking in. “It’s so inspiring and beautiful. Although she revealed in images that she was in the hospital, Kate Beckinsale did not reveal why she was there. Her followers immediately criticized her for her lack of context.
