The stars of the musical and juliet have reached the Tony Awards 2023!
Lorna Courtney and Betsy Wolfe will present the musical on Sunday night (June 11) at the United Palace Theater in Washington Heights, N.Y.
and juliet is a multi-generational story of self-discovery, empowerment and love, imagining what would happen next if Juliet hadn’t broken up with Romeo and had a second chance at life and love, on her terms. The musical uses songs from Max Martin’s catalogue, including “Since U Been Gone”, “Roar”, “Baby One More Time”, “Larger Than Life”, “That’s Right”, “Can’t Stop the Feeling”. ” and many more.
Lorna is nominated for Best Performance by a Leading Actress in a Musical and Betsy is nominated for Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Musical.
