Jonathan Majors’ lawyer responds that his alleged victim was granted a temporary protection order against him.
The 33 year old creed III The actor was arrested on March 25 after an alleged domestic dispute. A 30-year-old woman accused him of assault and was taken to hospital with “minor injuries to her head and neck.”
Jonathan will appear in court on May 9, where he will address the assault charges. In the run up, the court is taking steps to protect the alleged victim from him.

A New York judge granted a temporary protective order to the alleged victim and Jonathan has consented to the order.
“This is standard in cases like this, and we gave our consent because Mr. Majors wants nothing to do with the woman who assaulted him,” the actor’s lawyer, Priya Chaudhry, told Deadline.
It added: “We have been transparent and cooperative with the district attorney, including providing the district attorney extensive evidence, including witness statements, of Mr. Majors’ innocence. In fact, we recently provided a forensic medical opinion from a board-certified emergency physician and trauma specialist who reviewed the photos and videos of the woman and concluded, without hesitation, that the woman had no nightclub injury. and that the injuries he later maintained did not come from Mr. Majors (and could not have come in the manner the woman described). In fact, the opinion of the forensic medical expert shows that the woman is lying.
“It is worrying that even when presented with this incontrovertible evidence, the Prosecutor’s Office continues with this false case,” he added.
Jonathan’s lawyer also insisted he is innocent in a new statement released last week amid new allegations.
