On the day of the alleged assault, Grace said she saw Jonathan sending an apparently romantic text message to another woman. She said she took her phone to look at it and things changed.

“Then I felt a strong blow above me, it was the weight of his body,” she said via ET. “He was trying to get the phone out of my hands. When that was unsuccessful, she took my arm behind my back. I felt unbearable pain. I felt a blow on the right side of my head. I just felt a strong impact on the back of my head. I was in a lot of pain so I laid down and that’s when he took the phone out of my hand. “But I wasn’t focused on the pain, I was trying to figure out who the woman was.”

She recalled other alleged incidents when the actor became angry with her. The first was in 2021, when he mentioned an ex after meeting his dog.

“I was angry at the mention of the ex,” he said. “How dare I talk about him and I’m ashamed that I was with him and he said his dog was pathetic. He was yelling at me.”
