Joey King married his longtime love, Steven Piet, a few days ago and we have all the details from their wedding weekend!
The 24-year-old actress married film and television director Steven on Saturday (September 2) at the sprawling private estate La Fortaleza in Mallorca, Spain.
The intimate gathering was attended by more than 100 of Joey and Steven’s closest friends and family, including a star-studded group of guests: former co-stars Zach Braff, Michelle Williams, Patricia Arquette and Logan Lerman.

Joey wore four different and unique outfits. Oscar de la Renta dresses during their wedding weekend, including a custom-made silk faille dress for the ceremony: a multi-layered couture silk fusion dress, featuring row upon row of faille petals fused and sewn to hand.
“Joey looked absolutely radiant in all of his looks,” one viewer tells us of the looks that were designed by ODLR co-creative directors Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim. “Her dresses looked perfect, like they were made especially for her.”
Joey stood tall and proud, wearing 6.5-inch Balenciaga platform heels for the ceremony and then donned Celine Platform sneakers for the reception to let loose on the dance floor. She also wore a whimsical white dress from ODLR to Friday night’s rehearsal dinner. For Sunday afternoon’s post-wedding pool party, Joey chose the ODLR Raffia Fringe Knit Mini Dress with amanu sandals before putting on a fun floral cutout one-piece swimsuit from SAME.
“I always wanted to wear something classic but also modern and unique at the same time,” Joey said. Steven was dressed to the nines in classic black and white. Brunello Cucinelli tuxedo and patent Gianvito Rossi shoes for the wedding day.
The couple chose to get married in Mallorca after falling in love with La Fortaleza, a historic place considered one of the most exclusive estates in Spain.
“We knew we wanted to get married abroad, but we didn’t know exactly where,” said the happy couple. Fashion. “We were looking for something unique, private and something that felt grand but intimate at the same time. We found something that gave us the Spanish version of Gatsby. It’s historic without being dated, it feels timeless, the same way we feel our love for each other. Thanks to our wonderful wedding planners. During the wedding ceremony, which overlooked the Baeleric Sea, Joey walked down the aisle alongside his mother Jamie and grandmother Elaine while his best friend Sabrina Carpenter beautifully performed the Swedish song “Tjugonde” by Amason.
The wedding party was small and intimate and only Joey and Steven’s brothers were with them at the altar. Joey’s sisters, Kelli and Hunter, were dressed in beautiful Self Portrait dresses, which were custom designed by the always talented Han Chong.
“Looking down from the altar at all of our friends and family was an unforgettable moment,” Joey said. Fashion. “We truly felt so perfectly present and soaking in every detail was pure magic. Steven’s nieces and nephew and my grandmother did readings for us and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. Between that and hearing Steven’s vows and being able to read mine to him…nothing could have made this moment better. I should also add that it was raining heavily just before the ceremony and somehow the sun was shining just as the guests arrived. “We were truly the luckiest people.”
Other actors at the wedding weekend included Joey. Joey recently wrapped work on the upcoming Hulu limited series. Joey also said Fashion that the best part of the wedding was “seeing all of our friends who didn’t know each other melt into each other and connect instantly. “We are surrounded by the best people and seeing them all together was an infectious joy.”
