Joe Jonas’ quote during one of his Jonas Brothers performances draws attention again amid the news of his divorce.
The 34-year-old artist was on stage during one of the JoBros’ performances at Yankee Stadium on August 12, 2023. He was about to sing “Hesitate,” which he wrote for her.

Fans are noticing that just three weeks ago, Joe yelled at Sophie before singing. He said she “had his back no matter what.”
Joe said on stage before singing, “If you’re going through a tough time, they come to you, they have your back no matter what. That person is here with me tonight, Sophie. So I’d love to hear you sing this with me if you don’t mind. I want you to think about that person. If that person is here, you should hug them tight.”
Similarly, at a performance last May, Joe dedicated the song to her and said, “Sophie, where are you? “There’s not much to say, but I love you.”
