Jodie Turner Smith has reportedly just filed for divorce from Joshua Jackson.
The 37-year-old actress’s divorce papers were filed on Monday (October 2) by divorce attorney Laura Wasser.

TMZ reports that Jodie cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. She is also asking for joint custody of her 3-year-old daughter, Juno.
The site also reports that Jodie and Joshua signed a prenuptial agreement and she does not want any spousal support nor does she want to pay spousal support.
He also listed the date of separation as September 13. What’s interesting about this split date is that it’s just four days after these photos of Joshua and Jodie together for his birthday. They also had another birthday celebration on September 8, 2023.
The couple met in 2018 and got engaged a few months later.
