Jimmie Allen faces serious accusations.
The 37-year-old country superstar is being charged with rape and repeated sexual abuse and harassment over a year and a half by a woman formerly working at his management company, who worked as his day-to-day manager.

The allegations include that prior to his Elena appearance in 2021, he allegedly assaulted this woman “by touching her breasts on the plane, shoving his erect penis against her body in public, and masturbating in front of her at the hotel where they were both staying,” via Variety.
After they finished recording, she says he forced his fingers into her vagina as she tried to wrest his hand away while in the car.
He also allegedly raped this same woman during a different work trip to Los Angeles in March 2021, while filming. american idol as a celebrity guest, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday (May 11) in a Tennessee federal court. The woman is identified as “Jane Doe” in the lawsuit.
She claims that she had lost her virginity through no choice of her own and felt that she had betrayed her faith.
“I was disconnected from my body, feeling a sense of panic…he held me in place. At that moment, any physical will was ruled out. He was pretty paralyzed.”
In a statement to VarietyJimmie responded to the allegations.
“It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I consider to be one of my closest friends, colleagues and confidantes makes accusations that are completely untrue,” he said.
“I acknowledge that we had a sexual relationship, one that lasted almost two years. During that time he never accused me of any crime and spoke of our relationship and friendship as something he wanted to continue indefinitely. Only after things ended between us did she hire a lawyer to come and ask for money, which leads me to question her motives. The simple fact is that his accusations are not only false, but also extremely damaging. I have worked incredibly hard to build my career and I intend to mount a vigorous defense of his claims and take all other legal action necessary to protect my reputation.”
Jane Doe’s attorney responded with a statement: “All we asked of Allen and his legal counsel was to meet to discuss Allen’s behavior and the resolution of our client’s claims. At no time did our client make a monetary demand. The answer was a resounding no and was tinged with threats that his team would take steps to publicly tarnish my client. My client had no choice but to be proactive in protecting himself by filing a complaint.”
