Jessi, a Korean-American rapper, is the newest member to join the 88Rising’s Head in the Clouds (HITC) music and arts festival to be held in Manila, Indonesia on December 9-10, 2022. expressed excitement at what her fans will see in Manila in a video shared by the organizers on social media. Jess’s hit NUNU NANA recently surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify. The song came out in 2020 and reached this milestone in two years, three months, and two weeks. This is the rapper’s second song to break the record, following ZOOM on November 1, 2022.
The previous music video surpassed 100 million views on YouTube, becoming the first music video by the artist to do so. The song’s catchy hook and amazing dance moves catapulted it to #2 on the Gaon Digital Chart, a culmination of the singer’s career. Many called the song “Jessin’s hit” after it went viral online.
