Jason Whitlock’s parents split up when he was very young, but he still admires them immensely. He lived mostly with his mother until he moved in with his father when his mother had to leave town for work. Jason Whitlock was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on April 27, 1967. Jason’s father was a well-dressed and handsome guy who drove a Cadillac, owned a bar, liked to fish, and went to Indiana Pacers games with his sons. His father was in financial trouble and they shared a small apartment. Their relationship soured as Jason’s father tried to correct what he saw as flaws in Jason’s life. Their relationship improved when Jason graduated from college and started taking care of himself. Sadly, Jason’s father died at the age of 77, and Jason wrote a heartfelt tribute to him.

Stephen A. Smith and Whitlock are two famous sports stars who have a history of disagreements. The two disagreed on numerous issues. Because of this, their quarrels flared up several times. Whitlock questioned Smith’s biography, reigniting their conflict.
Smith was just on cloud nine after publishing his book, “Straight Shooter: A Memoir of Second Chances and First Takes.” In response to Whitlock’s criticism, Stephen A. Smith launched a 59-minute diatribe on his YouTube channel. He described Whitlock as a ‘devil’, worse than a ‘white racist’ and the most disgusting, dishonest, shameless, fat** human creature I have ever seen.
Smith used strong words and was quite angry with Whitlock. Whitlock responded to Smith’s words on social media, expressing disbelief at the harshness of his response and regretting it. Whitlock also revealed that he tried to mend his relationship with Smith a decade ago, at the urging of former ESPN officials. Smith reportedly refused to work with him, citing the terms of the contract.
