Jackson Mahomes is under arrest.
The 22-year-old social media star and younger brother of Kansas City Chiefs superstar Patrick Mahomes was arrested for aggravated sexual assault on Wednesday (May 3) in connection with an alleged incident at a restaurant in Kansas in February, via TMZ.
Jackson was arrested around 7:45 a.m. and his bond was set at $100,000, according to the report. He has been charged with three counts of aggravated sexual assault and one count of misdemeanor assault.

Jackson is accused of sexually and physically assaulting the owner of Aspens Restaurant and Lounge. The 40-year-old man claims Jackson was apparently intoxicated and tried to forcefully kiss her multiple times, as well as push a male member of her service staff. He, too, was apparently caught on surveillance footage and under police investigation.
“Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson’s accuser, including the statements of several witnesses. We have reached out to law enforcement to provide them with the fruit of our investigation so they can have a full picture of the matter,” his lawyer Brandan Davies said in a statement.
A conviction for aggravated sexual assault in Kansas can carry a sentence of up to 55 months, if convicted.
He previously faced backlash after throwing water at Baltimore Ravens fans at a game in 2021. He was also recorded grabbing a woman’s face in Las Vegas in 2022.
