Jaggie John was born in 1971 (age 48 at the time of death) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He did his schooling from The British International School of Jeddah. Later, she came to India and completed her B.Sc. Completed. Zoology from Mar Ivanios College, Kerala. She did a professional course in interior designing from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania, USA.

Jaggie John was born and raised in Saudi Arabia. His mother’s name is Gracy John. Jagi’s father had died and she lived with her mother in Kuravankonam, Kerala. Jagi married her college friend Tikku, but the couple got divorced in 2012.

Jagi had worked as a BPO trainer for a few months. She won the title of Mrs. Thiruvananthapuram. She was a well-known model of South-India. In 2010, she started her own cookery show ‘Jaggie’s Cookbook’ aired on Rosebowl TV channel. He gained a lot of popularity from his cookery show. Later, he hosted other TV shows like ‘Cocktail’ on Kaumudi TV, ‘Little Cooks’ on Kochu TV and ‘Celebration Chef’ on Surya TV.
In an interview, when he was asked about cooking, he said,
Look, food is a universal necessity and cooking is something you should enjoy. The most important fact is that when you are cooking all your senses should be involved in the process. As soon as you cut a strawberry, if you can smell it and smell the texture, you can tell right away if it’s good or not.
Apart from her cookery show, she also continued her modeling career. She also judged several cookery competitions and beauty pageants.

Controversy
In 2017, a man named Jeju downloaded her photos from Facebook and harassed her on WhatsApp. He had filed a complaint against him in the cyber cell.

Death
On 23 December 2019 (Monday), his body was found in the kitchen of his flat in Kuravankonam, Kerala. She was living with her mother in the flat. Local police said,
One of his friends in Kochi tried to call Jagi on his phone. When he did not pick up the phone, she informed a common friend, a doctor. When the doctor went to Jagi’s house on Monday evening, he found the door locked from inside. After this he informed us about this. We looked around the house and saw Jagi lying on the kitchen floor. We are investigating the matter. Interrogation and postmortem will be done after which we will be able to get more information.
