However, with the recent OS update, the number of preset wallpapers has increased significantly and may be worth checking out.
Images are stored in ‘weather and astronomy‘ genre in particular is great. Some of these live wallpapers feature accurate depictions of the Earth and automatically update the Earth’s position and other astronomical conditions based on the user’s location. Users can choose from five backgrounds, namely a panorama of the Earth, a magnified view of the Earth showing terrain details, a Moon panorama, a close-up of the Moon, and a panorama solar system.

To try out Apple’s new space wallpapers, launch the Settings app on your iPhone and visitbackground image.’ Next, click ‘+ Added new wallpapers‘ button. In the top icon carousel, selectastronomy.’ When asked to grant wallpaper location permission to update the corresponding desktop, click ‘allowed once‘ or ‘Allow when using the app.’ Swipe through the different wallpaper choices, then tap ‘Add‘ on the selected one.
iPhone users can also modify the wallpaper from their device’s lock screen. Just press and hold the screen until the wallpaper selection carousel appears. beat ‘+‘ to add a new wallpaper or swipe the page and select Show “add new.’once in’add new wallpapers‘, follow the steps outlined earlier to select an astrology-themed page. In addition to Earth and Moon wallpapers, there is also a dynamic weather option that updates in real time based on the climate conditions in the user’s location.
It is important to note that the dynamic aspects of the iPhone live wallpaper can only be enjoyed through the lock screen. However, to keep the theme consistent, users who recently upgraded to iOS 16 can now select one of the built-in images and tap the “set as wallpaper‘ so that it is also applied to the home screen. Otherwise, they can click the “Customize your home screen‘ and choose a different color, gradient or photo to use. Alternatively, they can apply a blurred version of the lock screen background.
