Sofia and Cooper started the call his daddy podcast at a friend’s house. The pair rose quickly from humble beginnings, soon signing a three-year contract with Barstool Sports. Sofia and Cooper had chemistry and knew how to run the show and attract more listeners. They considered themselves equal, but that perception changed after Cooper got a raise and didn’t tell Franklyn.
After a year with Barstool, Franklyn’s boyfriend and HBO Sports executive vice president Peter Nelson convinced Sofia and Cooper to renegotiate their contracts. Barstool Sports rejected the pair’s offer and responded with a modified offer offering significantly higher salaries for Cooper and Sofia. It also gave the couple control over the intellectual property.
Cooper was satisfied with the terms, but Franklyn insisted that the couple could get more. Franklyn hired a new agency and planned to make an offer to Barstool Sports management. Cooper stated in a video posted to his YouTube channel that he had had enough and decided to take him up on the offer even if it meant he had to break up with Sofia. She said:
“It was crap, these people are never going to be fucking happy. It was all about the money. At this point, as much as I wanted Sofia to be a part of this journey with me and agree to this deal with me, when I received this document, this was the exact moment that I vividly remember making the decision to pick up the phone. and call David. Portnoy.
Franklyn explained her side of the story in an Instagram live video posted on May 19. She said Cooper’s cheating caused the saga and that she wished the couple had handled the matter differently.

Cooper appears single, but that doesn’t stop her from having fun in New York. in an episode of call his daddySofia and Alexandra talked about the wide variety of men they meet in New York.
Cooper said: “If you go into Socialist, you come across guys who dress better, suit up and are bougie. Or if you go to the local bar, you might find more guys fresh out of college playing sports. And Sofía and I do both things… it’s more what we feel like that night”.

On the February 3 episode, Cooper revealed that she had decided on Mr. Sexy Zoom Man. She explained that she was forced to make a decision when Mr. Sexy Zoom Man was returning from London. Cooper held up a sign referring to Mr. Sexy Zoom Man as her boyfriend when she picked him up at the airport. “Mister. [his last name]AKA my boyfriend,” the sign read.
The revelation supported a tweet posted by Alexandra saying: “I HAVE A BOYFRIEND. And just to make it clear to the world, it’s not clickbait lol. GO LISTEN.” After picking up Mr. Sexy Zoom Man, Cooper and his co-host invited him to a baby shower-themed rave for three to celebrate his budding romance with Copper.

In 2020, rumors surfaced claiming that Alexandra and Paul were dating after having an affair. The rumors died down as little evidence existed to support it.
In an April 2021 appearance on BFF with Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards, Cooper revealed that there was some truth behind the rumor. Alexandra admitted that she hooked up with Paul, but she did not anticipate that the affair would leak out. Cooper said that he gave Logan a blow job because he “makes me want to make deals.” He then blamed Logan for leaking the news:
“So I hooked up with this guy and then Harry tells me he’s talking in LA telling people we hooked up and I thought we had this secret that we were going to keep forever. As if we weren’t going to tell anyone. We weren’t going to tell anyone and Logan Paul is very bad at keeping a secret… we didn’t have sex, it was a one-time thing.”
Logan, who doesn’t take accusations lightly, responded via an episode of IMPAULSIVE. He claimed that he did not leak the story, but did tell a friend about it. He seemed surprised that it was meant to be a secret. He said:
“She went on the podcast and said, ‘Logan Paul can’t keep a secret.’ And in my mind I’m like, dude, I told a close friend. And you just told the whole internet. And now I tell you again. I even texted him and said, ‘Hey, are we okay? Did that offend you? Was she supposed to lock him in a vault forever? How I can?”
Despite the misunderstanding, neither party seemed angry with the other. Logan and Alexandra seemed happy talking about the adventure. “First of all, Alex is amazing, right,” Logan said. “She’s a great girl.”

Bryan and Laurie Cooper raised Alexandra Cooper in Newtown, Pennsylvania, along with her sister Kathryn and brother Grant. Bryan Cooper played hockey and inspired Alexandra’s love of sports.
Alexandra’s sport of choice was soccer, and she excelled at it during her time at The Pennington School. She helped the school team clinch four Mercer County Tournament Championships. Cooper also played football at Boston University for three years. She said local dollar news that her love of competitive soccer convinced her to join Boston University. Cooper said:
“I love soccer and the level of soccer at Ivy League colleges is not comparable to D-One. I wasn’t prepared to risk losing my level of play.”
Alexandra gave up soccer for a career in the media. At first, Cooper’s mom was concerned when she heard the topics her daughter was discussing on call his daddy. Alexandra stated in episode 9: “My mother has lost her mind [over it]. She told me the other day that she knows Alex and that they will propose to me to make a porn movie ”.
However, over time, he became supportive of his daughter’s podcast.
