Hugh Laurie is an actor, comedian, writer and musician from England. Hugh Laurie is widely known as one half of the comedy duo Fry and Laurie, along with Stephen Fry. Laurie’s involvement in Rowan Atkinson’s Blackadder II and other Blackadder sequels (from 1986) was a result of that. Additionally, she composed the music and appeared in 26 episodes of A Bit of Fry and Laurie.
Laurie joined the American television drama House in the early 21st century, playing the intelligent but haughty and conceited Dr. Gregory House.
