Following the opening of David Grutman’s Bad Bunny’s restaurant in Miami on August 11, a recent event was held. The Japanese steak and sushi restaurant, Gekko, is located in the Brickell neighborhood. On his way to the event, the rapper was seen wearing a black suit, black sunglasses and being cheered on by fans. Celebrities in the entertainment industry such as Joe Jonas, Andy Garcia, Future, Karol G, Sophie Turner, DJ Khaled, Lil Wayne, Jhayco and many more attended the event.
The capacity of the restaurant is 185 people. It was designed by Rockwell Group and features indoor and outdoor seating areas. Speaking of the restaurant, David Grutman said it was the result of his food obsession, and that although he wanted to do something related to his food obsession, after talking to Bunny, he knew he would be the perfect partner. The best dishes on the menu include wagyu beef, sushi rolls and Japanese cuisine. Tomahawk steak and filet mignon are also available.
