Helena Howard was born on Thursday, July 23, 1998 (age 22 years; as in 2021) in New York, United States. She grew up in New Jersey, United States. He became interested in acting after watching the film The Mummy (1999) at the age of three. He studied at the Union County Academy for Performing Arts, New Jersey. During her high school days, she participated in the Union County Teen Arts Festival, where she presented a monologue from David Harrower’s play ‘Blackbird’. Her performance caught the attention of Hollywood director Josephine Decker, who cast Helena in the film Madeline’s Madeline. Later, he did an acting course from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, New York.
