Harrison Ford is reacting to aging featured in Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.
The fifth installment of Indiana Jones The film franchise premiered at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival.
During a press conference, Harrison spoke about the technology used for the aging process that made him look younger at the beginning of the film.

“Technology has evolved to the point where it looks very realistic to me and I know that’s my face,” he said.
“It’s not some kind of Photoshop magic, this is what I looked like 35 years ago because Lucasfilm has every frame of the movie we’ve made together for all these years. And this process, this scientific extraction of this library was put into safekeeping. [use],” he continued.
“It’s just a gimmick unless it’s backed by a story and it sticks out like a sore thumb if it’s not honest, it’s not real… I mean, emotionally real. And that’s why I think it was used very skillfully.”
He said he was “very happy” with the final result, but he doesn’t look back and say, “I wish I could be that guy again,” adding, “I’m very happy with the age. I love being older. “It was great to be young, but, shit, I might be dead, but I’m still working.”
