Harmeet Singh Gulzar was born on Monday, 17 August 1987 (age 34 years; as in 2021) in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. His zodiac sign is Virgo. He did his schooling from ‘Scindia School, Gwalior’ and completed his graduation from ‘Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai’.

In 2005, Harmeet married model Shefali Jariwala of the song ‘Kaanta Laga’. Their marriage lasted for four years and they separated in 2009. In an interview, Shefali said that she was in an abusive relationship with Harmeet. Later he started dating ‘Sunaina Singh’. The couple married in 2010 and have a son.

Harmeet’s mother used to listen to old songs on the radio, he used to hum those songs and he became fond of singing. When he was in first grade, Harmeet and his brother, Manmeet, participated in an inter-school kirtan competition and won. After this, they became popular as Meet Brothers. When he was studying in school, he composed his first song ‘Jogi Singh Barnala Singh’, this song proved to be a big hit. Reportedly, he also worked at an FM radio station in Gwalior for some time. Then, he started his career in acting with the TV serial “Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki” (2000), and later, appeared in TV serials like Kusum (2001) and Kyun Hota Hai Pyaar (2002). After the success of his first single ‘Jogi Singh Barnala Singh’ (2002), he focused his attention on singing. In 2010, he formed a group of three with Anjan Bhattacharya as the third member and named his group- ‘Meet Brothers Anjan.’ In 2015, Anjan left the group with mutual consent of all three.
Later, the Meet Brothers directed music for Bollywood films; For which he won many awards. Her major hit songs include – Baby Doll from Ragini MMS 2 (2014), Chittiyan Kalaiyaan from Roy (2015), High Heels from Ki & Ka (2016) and Dil Ka Telephone from Dream Girl (2019).
