While she’s mostly still operating alone, she’s become a close ally of the Bat family, and it wouldn’t be crazy to suggest she could become a permanent member.

Needless to say, the overall quality of Harley Quinn’s new outfit isn’t great, but that’s probably what most fans expect from her. After all, it has her usual red and black tones, complete with her own weapon-filled utility belt. It’s also very functional and stylish, choosing sneakers over heavy combat boots. The bat-themed shower curtain may not be too protective, but its comedic nature speaks to Harley’s natural divisive tendencies.
In a way, Batsuit has a rough look that summarizes Harley’s journey to becoming a hero. Is her outfit perfect or is she professional like the family Bat? No, but it shows that she’s trying, like Harley Quinn’s heroic effort. Sure, the old Catwoman suit with shower curtain might not be the coolest Batsuit ever, but Harley admits it’s a work in progress, just like her. It shows that she doesn’t take advantage of the Bat family’s renewal so easily, and that she can fit in with the team without sacrificing Harley-Haley traits.
