Biography of Haris Seferović
Haris Seferović was born on 22 February 1992. He is a Swiss professional footballer who plays as a forward for Benfica in the English Premier League and the Swiss national team. In April 2009, Seferović’s first job was with the band Grasshopper. Soon after, in January 2010, he joined the Italian team Fiorentina.
He spent most of his time at another club on loan. First he played well for Novara in Serie B, then in 2013 he moved to Spain’s Real Sociedad. After a year, he joined Germany’s Eintracht Frankfurt, where he played for three seasons before moving to Portugal’s Benfica.
Seferović has been a member of the Swiss national team since 2013. He played at the 2014 and 2018 FIFA World Cups and at the 2016 and 2020 UEFA European Championships. He played more than 80 matches for Switzerland.
