On December 4, 2022, Hardik Joshi married Marathi actor Akshay Deodhar. Hardik met Akshay on the sets of the Marathi television show Tujyaat Jeeva Rangala (2016); In the television show, they were cast opposite each other. In an interview given to a media house, Hardik talked about his relationship with Akshay and said,
I have known Akshay for about 5 years. We met at Tujyaat Jeeva Rangala show and we bonded well. She became a very good friend of mine, but the thought of marriage was not in my mind. It was my mother who asked me to propose marriage to Akshay. He told me, ‘Right now you are at home for some time to think about your marriage.’ He even said, ‘This is the right time to get married, otherwise you will be busy with your other projects. But for the love of my mother, I talked to Akshay and told her that my mother wants us to get married. He told me he was ready but he needed to discuss it with his family. Then, I went to talk to his mother. After about six months the wedding date was finalized. So in this way we both decided to get married.

In 2008, Hardik Joshi made his television debut with the Marathi show Raja Shivchhatrapati, in which he played the role of Kartalab Khan. Subsequently, he appeared in several Marathi television shows such as Radha Hi Bawari (2011), Doorva (2013), and Asmita (2014). In 2016, he appeared in the Zee Marathi show Tujhayat Jeeva Rangla in which he played the role of Rana. In 2021, he appeared in the television show Tujya Majya Sansarla Ani Ke Hawa, in which he played the role of Siddharth Deshmukh. In an interview, Hardik talked about his role in the television show and said,
There is definitely some pressure. Even today the audience knows me as Rana and calls me by that name. So I am trying to be known as Siddharth also. For this, I am paying a lot of attention to the character’s body language, looks and speech. Rana was very emotional whereas Siddharth is very practical so I give my 100 percent while playing opposite roles. I am sure the audience will like Siddharth as much as Rana.

- In 2021, Hardik Joshi launched his own venture ‘Kolhapur Badam Thandai’, a cold drink and shake brand. He has shared a video on Instagram talking about his new venture. In the video he said,
Till now you have loved me and my work, now I am debuting in business. I am sure that your cooperation will always remain with me… Kolhapur Badam Thandai, dated 25th February i.e. at your service from today… So what should not come? - Hardik Joshi is fond of sports bikes. Talking about his love for bikes in an interview, Hardik said,
Sports bike is my dream bike. I like cars and sports bikes. I became interested in it from grandfather to grandfather. If you call me a dream bike, then whatever is good, you will get a discount, if I like it, I will buy that bike. And still I will ask mom first and then take that bike.”

- Hardik Joshi follows a non-vegetarian diet. In an interview, Hardik talked about what his daily meal consists of and said,
When we are shooting for practice sessions, I practice Surya Namaskar and also practice dips. But along with this a strict diet also has to be followed. My daily diet includes half a liter of milk, 1 liter of buttermilk, 15-20 eggs and meat.
- Hardik Joshi is an ardent animal lover and he often posts pictures of animals on various social media accounts. He also had a pet dog named Snoopy. Snoopy died in 2019. In an Instagram post, Hardik shared a picture of his pet dog Snoopy and captioned,
