In February 20, 1924Gloria Vanderbilt was born in Manhattan, New York. She was born to her father Reginald Vanderbilt and her mother Gloria Morgan. From 1954 to 1963, Vanderbilt began her acting career. In 1954, she debuted in The Swan, staged at the Pocono Playhouse. She appeared on Broadway in William Saroyan’s The Time of Your Life.
