George Peterson – Professional life and career
George Peterson began his bodybuilding career after being inspired by Bruce Lee. Therefore, he began training Shotokan Karate. During that, he realized that he had no strong kicks or punches.
So, he was inspired by his idol Bruce Lee and did exactly what he did to get stronger: lift weights in the gym. Since then, George began lifting weights five times a week. In addition to functional training, he lifted heavy weights to increase his punching power.
After a few months, Geroge began to notice improvements in his physique. Later he had bigger arms and chest and his shoulders became broader. This change in his body was noticed by his next friend at the gym who also praised his physique.
Likewise, he also curiously asked if George had joined any bodybuilding programs. George said no, but then he started thinking about bodybuilding for the first time since then.
