Geeta Mali was a playback singer in Marathi films. She was famous among her followers as ‘Song Bird’.

Geeta was born on Saturday, 24 April 1987 (age 38 at the time of death) in Nashik, Maharashtra. Their zodiac sign is Taurus. She did her schooling from Maratha High School, Nashik and later, completed her master’s degree in Indian Classical Music from SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai.

He was born in a Marathi family. His mother’s name is Manjula Shewale. His two brothers, Mahesh Shewale and Chetanram Shewale, are alive. On 18 December 2003, she married Vijay Mali, a lawyer, and the couple had a son, Mohit Mali.

livelihood
Geeta was inspired by the great Indian playback singers Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle. He lent his voice as a playback singer in many Marathi films. He was awarded the Swayamsiddha Award in 2015. He performed at the 8th Golden Camera at Nashik International Film Festival in 2016. Later, he started his own music band “Geeta Ganga Musical Band”.
Death
On 14 November 2019, when she returned from the United States and was traveling to her hometown Nashik, her car met with an accident. She was in the car with her husband and their car collided with an oil container. The accident occurred near Lahe Phata near Shahpur on 14 November 2019 around 3 pm, immediately he was admitted to Shahpur Rural Hospital. Geeta died during treatment in the hospital, while her husband suffered serious injuries.
