Mitchel Musso has been arrested in Texas, according to a report from TMZ.
The former Disney Channel star, 32, was arrested for public intoxication, theft and a few other things.

According to the site, Mitchel was jailed for “public intoxication, theft (less than $100), expired registration, failure to display a driver’s license, and breach of promise to appear.”
The incident occurred over the weekend, when Mitchel was caught stealing a bag of chips, and when store staff told him he had to pay for them, he “became verbally abusive” and then left.
Mitchel was then arrested outside a hotel by police, where they also discovered he had many unpaid parking tickets. He was released on $1,000 bail.
He is best known for playing one of Miley Cyrus’s best friends in Hannah Montanaand also as the voice of Jeremy in Phineas and Ferb.
