Many people have tried to make it big on social media but can’t seem to find the right way to do it. However, the story is different for Griffin Johnson. People seem to like the content he creates on his social media platforms. He posts lip sync, comedy, and vlogging videos to his TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts.

Griffin Johnson was born on January 13, 1999 in Paris, Illinois. He attended a local Illinois high school and, after graduation, joined Illinois State University. His social media career exploded when people started enjoying his content on TikTok.
Johnson’s life has changed after his social media fame and he is thankful for what his life has become. He said online statesman:
“Social media has changed my life not only with the friends I have made, but also with the ability to affect and change the days and lives of my fans. I love social networks for the opportunities and the people I have been able to meet. I am currently about to start my tour this weekend in Orlando, Florida. I will also be moving to Los Angeles for the summer.”
You don’t plan on letting social media take over your life.
Griffin appreciates social media and all it’s done for him, but insists it’s not his top priority. He won’t jeopardize the relationships he has with his friends to thrive as a content creator. He said online statesman:
“The best way to stay humble is to interact with your friends and keep the media out of everyday life. Personally, I try to disconnect my social media from my real life friends and connect to media on my own time. This helps me continue to feel normal every day.”
Johnson is in no rush to make it big on social media. He is ambitious, but he plans to take it easy. He continued:
“Honestly, I’m taking it day by day. I started this journey in January and stumbled upon the right areas to reach 100k+ followers in two months. I never expected to be here, but I accepted the trip and I’m ready for what’s next.”
He is currently dating fellow creator Dixie D’Amelio.
Griffin and Dixie have been close for a while and she has been appearing in his TikTok videos. The couple confirmed their relationship when Griffin posted a photo of the couple to Instagram in March 2020 and added the caption “<3".
Dixie D’Amelio is also a social media content creator and the sister of Charli D’Amelio. Unlike her sister, Dixie is not a trained dancer and therefore her videos contain more comedic parts compared to her sister’s.
