Dua told the magazine: “To be honest, I’m not very good at therapy.” He prefers to take care of his mental health by practicing meditation and yoga.

“As much as I am disciplined in so many areas of my life, or try to be, I find it a little harder to lock myself away from talking about how I feel,” she explained. “I think that’s partly due to the fact that I think I have very easy communication with my friends. I talk to my friends about everything that’s going on.”
