Comedian Drew Carey has enjoyed a career that has brought him much success. But as the old saying goes, things are not always what they seem. In an interview on Max’s Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace, Carey revealed that he attempted suicide while in college.
“I think the suicide attempts were calls for help,” Carey said. “She was so angry that everyone was having a good time. I remember that. I remember going downstairs and everyone was drinking and I thought, ‘Why the hell are they so happy?’ I was just angry because they were so happy. I was tired of my life and [I thought]’Who’s going to miss me?’”

Carey has appeared on a long list of hit television shows, including her eponymous comedy, The Drew Carey Show, NCISand Anyway Whose line is this?? He also has a reported net worth of $180 million. But the famous actor says that he still sometimes deals with depression.
“I still get depressed often, like everyone else. But it’s not that bad. I mean, just because you’re a celebrity and you have money doesn’t mean that bad things don’t happen to you or that you don’t have bad days. “Everyone is a person,” she added.
“I still have a lot of that. Like those things about who’s going to miss me. Many times I think to myself. If I die, I will have my body cremated. There’s no funeral or anything associated with all my memories and stuff. You can just burn them and give them away. Who cares?
